Sorry no picture. But this recipe is so easy and yummy! I am making it right now for dinner with bbq sandwhiches & watermelon. :)
Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Ore Ida Country Style Hash Browns
(30 oz. shredded - almost thawed)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream (2 cups)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1/2 cube melted butter
Lawry’s Garlic Salt to taste
Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper to taste
Spray a 13x9 glass dish with Pam. Combine above ingredients and spread in pan. Reserve 1/2 cup of the cheese to sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 additional minutes. Enjoy!
