OK. I did something I swore I would never do. I bought one of these Eddie Bauer Harness Buddies for Carson. I have laughed at people before who have put a harness on their kiddos because it reminded me of people 'walking their kids'... then I had Carson. It suddenly didn't seem like such a bad idea. ESPECIALLY when they made the harness into a cute little fluffy and harmless looking backpack. Like the restraint part of it was just by accident. Now I think it is a great idea. I can't wait to use it and see if it works! I think it is good for him to walk around sometimes at the mall, etc. I feel bad having him strapped into his stroller the whole time, but if I let him down he would be gone in a split second! Now I am hoping he can FEEL like he is independent, all while safely attached to me! I will let you know how it goes!

Harness Buddy

Please do....I used to laugh also...but I was thinking of getting one for Carter...great minds are all twisted the same I guess!!! lmao!!! SO...let me know how it goes...then we can go the mall and walk the kids.....lol...I crack myself up....lol
Oh yes, we own one, and it has been and is used often! We have the monkey one....I thought it fit perfectly....a monkey harness for my crazy running monkey child(ren)! As my kids got older though, they didn't like the tail/leash to be used, so I just had them wear the backpack with the tail zipped in the pocket....then all I had to do if they started roaming too far from me was remind them I could get the "monkey's tail" out, and they'd come right back by me....love it!
