Piece of Crap!

Apparently my wedding ring does not enjoy the holidays... Several years ago the diamond fell out of the setting on Thanksgiving Day. Luckily I found it in the back pocket of my jeans. Now, this 4th of July the platinum decides to break. I guess it wasn't having fun watching the fireworks.

Now my poor wedding band will have to live lonely on my ring finger until I get around to replacing its companion - engagement ring... :(

Moral of this story...

Don't try to be creative and design your own jewelry and have it custom made by a bad jeweler with a good reputation!
