OK. I have to post a little about the Entertainment Weekly cover backlash. Apparently you do not want to mess with Twilight fans! Which of course we already knew. People are so ticked about the cover photo that there have already been response articles written on the LA TIMES WEBSITE and MTV'S WEBSITE. Crazy stuff - although I can't say I blame them. The franchise is so huge and worth so much money that if I was Stephenie Meyer or Summit Entertainment I would be mad. To me the picture portrays a total different Twilight than reality. If I didn't know anything about the books or movies, I am not sure I would be that interested in checking it out by the cover - since it freaks me out a little bit! :)Anyway... here are a few pics that are, to me, TOTALLY Edward and Bella!

Oh, and in reference to a couple of other comments on the post below.....I am not a Twilight lover myself either....won't continue to read, or see the movie. I don't get what the hype is about. But, to each their own.

These pictures are a BIT better, BUT come on, I could have picked a very good Edward and he would definitly NOT look like this. The picture makes me not even want to see the movie. Not that I planned to in the first place. but come on!
After Abby read outloud to me and the kids (we were totally mezmorized the entire time, in other words no one interrupted) the first chapter of twilight, a couple weeks ago; I was converted to reading this novel soon! Abby doesn't think the Edward in the movie is at all what he should be. She is terribly disappointed! Bella seems good, though. The cover is a horrible picture of Edward--what were they thinking. None of us are in love with that Edward-Yuck! Your pics are a much better choice. Good job Hil!
even if i'm not into reading the books....i'm totally pumped to see the movie! I think he looks pretty hot in the pictures from this post. At first i was a little shocked from 'what they think the hottest man on earth looks like' but now i'm down with it.

Whew....breath in, breath out! I was soooo upset about that cover I wanted to scream, "That's Not Edward!" So thanks for the photos. I am still not convinced I can see the movie though....
