Look What I Did!

Look what I did to my kiddies! Don't they look cute! I was so worried and have been thinking about cutting their hair non-stop for weeks. Finally, Robert and I decided to ask Carson first. We said, "Do you want to buzz your hair like daddy?" and he laughed right away and said, "Yeah. Bbbzzzz..." while pretending to shave his head. So we were a GO for him - like that was any surprise. Parker was another story. I begged him, but to no avail. So we just did Carson's and slept on it. I couldn't stand not having the boys 'match' and it was driving me crazy so I decided to take another approach. I asked Parker if he would do it if we bought him a toy. He immediately consented! Yea! What a relief! My boys could match again and I could sleep easy! So I took Parker up and put him in the tub and first cut his hair with scissors since it was so long - then buzzed it. He was a trooper! Especially considering that he falls into a fetal position and cries if I even talk about cutting finger or toe nails! We finished and he looked in the mirror and smiled and then said. "Mommy. How long does it take to grow hair back? Because I want to start growing it back now!"

Well... we will see what happens. I think they look pretty cute and it would solve ALOT of the hair problems in this house! Although it seems like a summer haircut to me and school is starting soon - so I will keep you posted! :)
