uugghhh... APX! they ticked me off yesterday at my door! i HATE solicitors! (sorry ryan!) :( they just couldn't grasp that i didn't WANT my alarm monitored and functioning. i told him it is too much of a pain with kids, etc.
THEN he said all cool and casual - "i know what you mean. i hate my smoke detectors when they chirp so i take the batteries out and just hope i don't have a fire"...
did he not think i would get that he was being smug and a smart-ass!?
they are sooo demeaning. can you tell i am hoppin' mad right now!>
