Parker is so into ocean life and wild life right now (he is really into crocodiles and Steve Irwin) that he decided he wanted to go to The Mayan. It is a theme restaurant here that is similar to Rainforest Cafe. It is huge and you eat in treehouses. If you have been to Disneyland it is like The Jungle Cruise meets The Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. Anyway, they also have cliffs and waterfalls that empty into a 'pool'. They have professional cliff divers that dive and perform. He loves it. He pretends to be a cliff diver all the time now. He gets up on the bed, spreads out his arms and pretends like he is going to dive. It gives me a heart attack every time he does it because I think that one time he is going to forget there is not really water and dive head-first off the bed. Here are some pictures of his birthday party with his cousins. He was a little scared of the sparkler birthday cake, but he loved the balloon guy! He got a sword! We wish all our family and friends could have been there. The last 2 pictures are of him opening his presents from us on his 'real' birthday. (Check out the picture of the adventure guide and the diver that are trying to talk to him. He totally ignored them and looked straight ahead without even moving a muscle. Totally Parker - shy!)
