Houston Trip

We finally made it to Houston! We were so excited even though we were a bit worried about one or all of us getting sick. The kids always get sick when we travel - and I mean always! 2 days before we left Parker got sick. On the plane he really got sick and our first stop after being picked up from the airport was the doctor. He had croup and had to get a shot and be on steroids for 3 days. He also had a bad virus. A few days later Carson got sick. Not as bad as Parker but still miserable! The day before we left I got sick and still am. We are totally jinxed! Other then that we had a great time. So good of a time that I think we are convined to move back to Houston. We will see. Hopefully soon!

This is daddy and Carson listening to daddy's iPod. He was so good on the plane. this is when Parker started getting so sick. I was so sad because he is old enough now to be so excited for the things we had planned and to see his cousins and it broke my heart. I was actually crying on the plane.

The boys had so much fun hanging out with their cousins - Clayton, Christopher and Carter. The day they all had matching green on we were getting our family picture taken. We did one with just the boys as well. Can't wait to see them!





Our best friends from Utah moved to Houston and now we have to go all the way to Texas to hang out. We did a little Cafe Adobe and had gelato. It was fun. Parker misses his best friend Aaliyah! So cute! They look like they are on a date.




This is how they spent alot of time on the trip... Although we did have fun laying around as well. Parker has a 'Jerrys Kids' sticker on his shirt that he refused to take off the whole day. We put money in a fire fighters boot and they gave us a sticker. Check out the gameboy next to Carson in his picture. He carries it around all the time 'playing' it and if it gets stuck on the same screen and he gets bored with it - he brings it to me to change it to a different level.
