Weenie

This morning while watching Oswald Parker looked at me and said,

"Mom. I think I know why they call him Weenie. It's because he looks like a little bottom."

It was so funny. I always wondered what was up with that show. It's cute and all, but so bizarre. You have to be one twisted person to just create a whole world in your mind with walking and talking flowers and cactus' ...and little literal hot dogs in buns that you name Weenie and stick arms and legs on. But really, most kids shows are like that these days aren't they?

(By the way... I am writing this post while the kids and I are all transfixed in front of the TV while watching a yellow square sponge with arms and legs run around with his pink star shaped friend under the sea while getting into all kinds of trouble.)
