Hidden Valley Ranch Potato Salad
2 pounds small red new potatoes
1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, buttermilk recipe
(homemade from packet)
½ cup thinly sliced green onions
½ pound bacon, crumbled
Lawry’s Garlic Salt
Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
Wash thoroughly and boil new potatoes until tender. While still warm, cut into 1 inch cubes; don’t peel. Add potatoes, onion, salad dressing and bacon - season to taste with Lawry’s seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and garlic salt and toss. Garnish with a sprinkling of sliced green onions and crumbled bacon.
Serve warm or at room temperature. But… it is still just as delicious the next day straight out of the fridge!
