Family Favorite - Sauteed Mushrooms


SAUTEED MUSHROOMS
Mmmm... They are our favorite!

Button Mushrooms
Butter (not margarine)
Lawry's Garlic Salt


Wash and cut the stems off the mushrooms and dry them. Place mushrooms in a large, deep skillet. Add a ton of butter. Probably one or two sticks - depending on how many mushrooms you are doing. You want them to be covered in butter. Add garlic salt to taste. It will take quite a bit. Start with a little and keep adding until you like it. Saute over medium heat until done. (They will darken in color and shrink up quite a bit).
