Halloween Sneak Peak

OK. Here is a preview to Halloween. Parker has never even seen Power Rangers, but was obsessed by getting a green Power Ranger costume for Halloween. He finally settled on blue. Now for the last 2 days it has made my life hell. He has been obsessed with fighting things and weapons lately. I don't want to be that crazy mom who won't let their child play Cowboys and Indians, etc. I want him to get a wooden musket and Davy Crockett hat from Disneyland if he wants... but I'm not kidding, I don't know what to do! It creates so much tension and he is always in trouble for karate-chopping Carson or some other 'fighting' move. He doesn't watch it on tv and he doesn't play video games that are 'fighting' games. He would turn a hair dryer into a weapon if he didn't have toys. Anyway, more to come on this later, because it is a current struggle that I am going to have to figure out. Day by day with boys... It is so different then how I grew up with a house full of girls... (Jimbo included!) :) Totally different set of challenges! Especially in this day and age!

Oh, and Carson in daddy's hat. When we were moving in our van, Robert was taking the seats in and out and one day as he was putting the seat back in... out flips and built in car seat that we had no idea was there. So funny! So we put Carson in it to try out. He thought it was so funny! I actually have used it once or twice if his car seat is in Robert's car or something.

That Power Rangers costume is fantastic! I can picture Parker trying to karate chop everything. Very cute.
