Red Riding Hood Trailer

Wow. Peeps are riding this Twilight thing all the way to the end! This one is even by the same production company. And by the same director as the first Twilight - Catherine Hardwicke. The music is even reminiscent.

But you don't see me complaining. It looks fun! :)

Water for Elephants & Robert Pattinson

I recently read an article about the filming of Water for Elephants and they asked Robert Pattinson a question about his perfect day. I loved his answer.

You seem to only work. What would the perfect day look like for you?

"Recently I stood in the desert far outside of L. A. and watched the sun set on a circus tent from 1930. Everywhere stood animals. Elephants and tigers that should be loaded into a steam train. 300 extras in costumes raced around. The modern world had disappeared totally. Although that was totally fake, it still happened directly before my eyes! That was my perfect day. I would gladly experience that every day. It happens continually to me. It calls itself work. That is wonderful and more than enough."

Wouldn't it be the most amazing thing in the world to be an actor? I can't imagine being able to live in an alternate reality part of the day. That is not to say that actor's don't work incredibly hard. But I just can't imagine how interesting it would be.

I'm looking forward to seeing the movie now and I hope it's good. It's cast includes some of my favorites - including Christoph Waltz, James Frain and Reese Witherspoon. And I really hope R Pattz doesn't suck. Now I want to read the book before it is released in April.

And as a little side note - we all know that I think Robert Pattinson is the sexiest man alive - but isn't he just a nicest guy too? Of course I don't know him personally. He could be a total jack a@#. Lol. But I doubt it - according to all reports - he is just as nice in real life as he is in my little dream world. ;)

Eclipse

I won't go crazy with all the details but I just wanted to say real quick how much I loved Eclipse! It was so fun. I loved how the actors have all got more comfortable with each movie. I loved how funny the writing was this time around. And mostly how much Edward has relaxed. I thought it was great! Which - lets be real - I would have loved it anyway. :)

And here is a bit of a SPOILER if you haven't seen it yet... I even loved David Slade's vision of how vampires die, or break, as it were.

I just loved it all!

We had a really great time seeing the trilogy in the huge Cinemark XD theatre. We had so much fun waiting in line. And then eventually - after sitting on the ground for so long - we had so much fun talking and chillin' in the big comfy leather seats for 7 hours. :)

Can't WAIT for Breaking Dawn! Too bad it is so long until it is released. :(

But... I just found out that they are scouting locations in Louisiana for shooting... What!? My crazy friends and family and I may have a little girls road trip in our future. But if we do, you probably won't be hearing about it because that is where I will have to draw the line. That would just be WAY too embarrassing to admit to. :)

The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner {an Eclipse novella}

I can't remember if I have blogged about Stephenie Meyer's new book yet - but since I started reading it today I can report that if you are a Twilight fan you HAVE to read it before you see Eclipse. I am really enjoying it and I think it will explain alot in the movie. I bought a copy because I CAN'T have it missing from my collection! Lol. SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN TO BE RELEASED AS TWO SEPARATE FILMS

First Film to Arrive in Theatres November 18, 2011

Los Angeles, CA, June 10, 2010 – Summit Entertainment confirmed today that THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN will be released as two separate films with the first of the two slated to be released in theatres on November 18, 2011. Academy Award® winner Bill Condon will direct both films starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner along with Billy Burke as Charlie Swan as well as returning members of the Cullen Family including Peter Facinelli as Carlisle, Elizabeth Reaser as Esme, Jackson Rathbone as Jasper, Nikki Reed as Rosalie, Ashley Greene as Alice and Kellan Lutz as Emmett.

The project, based on the fourth novel in author Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series, is currently being written by Melissa Rosenberg with Wyck Godfrey, Karen Rosenfelt and Stephenie Meyer producing. The TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN will start production in the Fall.

Way too much spoiling going on here... But I love it!

Here is a little compilation of the clips from Eclipse that Summit has released so far. I'm really getting excited to see it in the theatre. And I am really excited to see how the whole 'flavor' of this film is. And I just hope that the acting and writing continues to improve. :)

Forks & La Push

One of my friends on facebook recently visited Forks and La Push. She had great pictures - so I snatched a couple! I hope she doesn't mind! :)

It cracks me up that the area has become so famous. I hope that, for the most part, they enjoy the attention. Note the name 'Black' on 'Jacob's' mailbox. Funny.

Eclipse Posters

I'm looking forward to it. Only a little over a month away. I hope it is good. I'm not sure I like the 'looks' or 'feel' of this one at all. We'll see I guess!

Click HERE to see the first Eclipse trailer! Yay! It is pretty exciting for Twilight fans because nothing at all has been released for this movie. Maybe one or two still shots and that is it. Totally unlike the first 2 movies where they shared everything with us.

For reading the books 3 times each I sure have forgotten alot. They all get mixed up together in my mind. I need to read Eclipse again for sure.

And I guess that Bryce Dallas Howard looks 'ok' as Victoria. But still not nearly as good as Rachelle Lefevre. She was fantastic in New Moon I thought. I'm still so peeved that they switched them.

Can't wait for this movie!!

1) Twilight made 370 million in theaters the whole time it was out which was unbelieveable and New Moon has already made almost 259 million for just the opening weekend.

2) New Moon was the biggest selling midnight release of all time.

2) New Moon had the third biggest opening weekend of all time.

3) New Moon took in 80 million on Friday setting a new all-time single day box office record.

Rob Pattinson in Remember Me

Here is the first trailer for Robert Pattinson's next movie - Remember Me. It will be interesting to see him in a role other than Edward. I still love me some Robert Pattinson - but what I really CAN'T WAIT to see is where cutie Taylor Lautner (Jacob) goes from here. After you see New Moon you will know exactly what I mean!!!
